Shannon and Zam will go out of their way to help you The owner meets with the CSR once a moment so you can bring up any issues that need to be fixed and actually works on them You are on the first name bases with all of your bosses They created a group with all the higher management to work with a group of CSRs to talk about our everyday considers and questions

The cliches The test- you are tested a lot Being graded on calls Zoom Meetings everyday Working 2 nights a week Having to know phrases word for word that had to be said on every call Favouritism shown everywhere
