      Union shop, easy job, same thing everyday no surprises

      Forced overtime, 10 and 12 hour scheduled days for months at at time. Machines are old and outdated from 70's and 80's. Horrible attendance policy. No sick time, no pto,

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
