Great people at PCA and the mills/box plants. Family like atmosphere depending which department you work for.

No room for advancement nor programs in place to help individuals striving to learn additional skills that will benefit the longevity of their career. Mixed messages on what the future holds for employee's from the vision from atop vs what is being told on a daily basis.
