      Nobody pays attention to you so you can pretty much do whatever you want

      There's no direction Management has no idea what they are doing They promote based on appearances and not knowing how to actually do any work

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
