      close to home, pays good, and good ins and benefits.

      Cons

      supervision never takes responsibility for poorly maintained equipment but are quick to wanna write up the workers for every little incident.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
