      Good benefits,people. Good desks.short-term disability.

      Cons

      Since Medco migration the performance goals have been set too high for problems. Pay cut is not what I signed up for. Medco workers were union and ESI busted the union. Those left should get large pay increases, not decreases!!!

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
