      Pros

      Employee incentives are very nice. Union company for those who believe in Quality Partnerships. Consistent workflow for employees and employer, which bonds customer relationships.

      Cons

      Housekeeping is always being met. However, working in the manufacturing business of packaging products, it can become overwhelming with dust.

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
