If you value your life do not work for this company. They value production and customer demand over the safety and we'll being of their employees
Cons
Safety protocol is decades behind every other major industry on the planet. Management displays gross level of incompetence on a daily basis, and promotes a production over safety driven culture. Management turns a blind eye to major OSHA safety violations in trade for product out the door numbers. Literally the worst morale I've ever experienced in my working career
