      Cons

      The only cons are that they are still developing processes and are now downsizing which lead to massive layoffs. It's the nature of a start up I supposed.

      The biggest pros of working with this company are that they value you as an employee and your hard work. The leaders in this company are the best human beings I have ever had the opportunity to work with. At Opencare we all work together, no matter your title. Everyone supports each other, and we all want everyone to succeed. You are allowed and encouraged to be the best version of yourself here at Opencare.

      They offer health insurance to employees.

      Cons

      False advertisement to get employees on board. High turnover, micromanaged and untrusted product/manager. No room for growth.
