Pros
great leader in APJ, but who is part of the laidoff unfortunately. The mass laid-off happened in June 2022, people have been told to let go immediately but lack of proper procedures on the redundancy payment, commission payment and all others. It sucked. I decided to move on but seeing OneTrust is keep hiring and onboarding new fellows from outside I feel this is really wired.

the fastest-growing company means the company lost its balance on naturing the great tennats they have aggressively hired in the past years. Good luck to the ex-fellows who are staying,
