Pros
-The team I work with is fantastic. The people here, the actual experts on the frontlines keeping this company afloat are worth supporting and sticking around for. -Fully remote opportunities -Flexible work schedule -Unlimited PTO (that I feel I can't take cause we're drowning) -Excellent products that can be successful if the people behind them are supported
Cons
-Lack of real communication and direction from management -Extremely siloed teams where we have no idea who is doing what -Attrition rate high (I am doing 3 people's worth of work right now) -Upper management who doesn't understand the needs or complaints of their employees -Mismanaged budget, acquisitions and migrations (was all buy buy buy, grow grow grow and now they're scrambling because that's not sustainable) -Massive layoffs including 25% company-wide earlier this year, the lay-off/closure of an entire office in Germany last week leading to further uncertainty -Disproportionate hiring at the C-suite level -Wage disparity and inequity -Lack of transparency and accountability -Ultra bottlenecked processes that half of the people who need them don't understand
