Pros

The people you work with are great and some of the direct managers are really nice and accommodating. They will pay to train you, but you have to sign a 2 year agreement or pay them back for your certification.

Cons

Over the past year, they've gone corporate. Once you move past direct managers, it's all a numbers game. The managers hate it, but they force you to sit down and explain what you do all day long. They want salaried employees to act like hourly employees, but get no overtime. Micromanaging has become the norm and the soul of the company is dead.

Pros

Great remote work. The company is making changes to automate processes and has started using AI for many of its processes.

Cons

As an auditor, I was left to my own resources. I wasn't included on conference calls or team meetings until last year, and when I was, it didn't relate to what I was doing. For 6 years, I was the only compliance audit specialist in the company, and I didn't even know that.
