7yHello Anonymous. This year we outlined a three-year business strategy including companywide goals to help us achieve our objectives. While we may evaluate roles and responsibilities to ensure that they are meeting the needs of the business, any changes are driven by sound business decisions and communicated to team members. OnDeck has a zero-tolerance policy with respect to workplace harassment, and we expressly prohibit any form of team member harassment based on race, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, sex, sexual orientation, disability, military or veteran status, marital status, genetic information or status in any other group protected by applicable federal, state or local law. OnDeck also prohibits any form of retaliation against any team member for filing a bona fide complaint under this policy or for assisting in a complaint investigation in good faith. Any form of workplace is harassment that is reported to People Operations is treated seriously and not taken lightly.
