      Pros

      Full of friendly people, great work-life balance, in many cases good pay for mid-level positions. Strong pension and benefits

      Cons

      Limited career mobility both horizontally and vertically. Higher profile positions are underpaid. Some lower level positions are underpaid. In both cases this is compensated by pension and work life balance.
