Pros
Poverty checks are deposited on time. Wish I could have given a 0 instead of a 1 for these ratings, especially for the "overall rating" and the "culture and values."
Cons
Even working from home with Nuance is like being in jail. The benefits are terrible. No sick time. Most of the work is sent to India and out of work situations are common. Be prepared that once you make any "incentive" pay, the QA checks kick in and you can kiss that goodbye. Nuance wants you to support local charities, yet sends the work overseas, while you live on "poverty" wages. There is nothing good about this company. The hospital I worked for outsourced our work and the transcriptionists who were willing were transitioned to Nuance. We were told we would retain our former work and hours/shifts. A week after we started, we were given ultimatums about changing our shifts and when we didn't compromise, they started sending the work away and we started routinely ran out of work. Such a sham. So happy to say I was blessed to have found another job and I'm so over Nuance.
