5 interviews, 3 of which were rescheduled last minute (or when I was already on the call), one of which was cancelled, then uncancelled and rescheduled. Nice team but unprofessional and wasted 2 months of my team. Sets up the expectation that you're the perfect candidate just to go with some other one and leave zero useful feedback. I was even interviewed in Spanish alongside English.
- Basically anything and everything. Many of the same questions about your experience relating to the role.

A lot of rescheduling. Unclear about the exact title. Applied for one role, interviewed for another. Some folks I interviewed with were wonderful. Others were unprofessional and you could tell lacked people skills. Was not a great fit.
- Present on a product I was completely unfamiliar with.

The HR Recruiter was forcing me to blurt out my salary expectations... Also - major red flag, what recruiter says they are looking for someone to not move up in the company anytime soon? I don't know, Nuance seems very sketch to me and I have never had a recruiter be hesitant on career advancement/growth opportunities within the company. I could tell the Recruiter wasn't going to move me up in the hiring process.
- Tell me about you, expand on your work experience, salary expectations

Short one round interview. Two people on the panel on site in the office. Relaxed and not too difficult. And I received a call back the same day from the agency.
- Previous experience and comp. based questions

Three rounds, super nice people who genuinely just want to know your experience and what you value. Asked questions about background and personal interests. Was pretty easy and straightforward. Be prepared to go into detail about history and how it connects to the position you’re applying for

The interview process was very fast and smooth. I heard back very soon and received an offer early on in the process. The recruiter was very nice and helpful. The company was organized and did everything in a timely manner.
- Asking about my previous experience and also seeing how my personality would fit with the rest of the team.

I withdrew my name from consideration after the recruiter screening. Although I was contacted quickly (a plus), it was clear that the recruiter had not reviewed my resume. Instead of asking me about specific experiences or more detail about the impact of my leadership, the full 30 minutes was wasted by asking me to explain each of the positions (going back to my earliest positions ) already summarized on my resume. It was also lacking in sensitivity and self-awareness for the interviewer to ask why I was seeking a new role – like tens of thousands of others, I was impacted by a massive round of company-wide reduction in workforce, and my resume noted that I was not currently working. There were several other red flags during the process that indicated that the company has unrealistic expectations for this new role.
- Why are you seeking a new job?

Anonymous Employee
I interviewed at Nuance
It was quite easy and they just ask me about my previous experience. Not much of technical questions were asked. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to switch and how many minutes you are currently doing.
