OMs, or operation managers who are people who were team managers, are the idiots behind why 100s of people leave Nuance. MLS put in hours and hours of hard work behind them and are docked incentives for an error or two. Of course, Nuance gets paid for those lines from the clients. We have an OM1 to monitor the MLS, OM2 to monitor the OM1s, OM3s to monitor the OM2s, and finally an OD to monitor the OM3s. I do not know if I should be laughing at the hierarchy format or should be crying for all the profits that they eat up in the form of fat salaries which should be otherwise going to the MLS who are the actual money earners for the company.
