      Pros

      They pay extremely well, and there is good work life balance. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      It really all depends on who your manager is. There is a lot of turnover (in 5ish years I've been through 2 layoffs), I'm on my 5th manager and 4th territory. Lots of changes, and lots of operating in ambiguity. Opportunities to learn and grow outside of your current role are tough to come by, or maybe it's just me. The pay and benefits keep you holding on.

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
