Excellent Benefits. Access and information is complex though, it is done through a global phone line/service. Staff is not well trained on country specific benefits. Gets confusing.

vacation time carry over is very good.
All the benefits are offered. But some are frowned upon if taken (ie paternity leave). The flex time (or shared time) is also available but it's a mythe; never seen it in action.
Lots of perks for Director level and up. Not so much for Manager level and down. Great health and dental and retirement program
