Good if you prefer a toxic, not transparent, not friendly environment. Lack of leadership and talent/hard working appreciation, a lot of laid off.
Cons
Bad environment, internal politics. No chance to grow, bias. Toxic environment, not supportive. Not responsible. The environment, especially QC is not sustainable, not healthy, full of judgement. People dont like to hear changes and improvement. A lot of QC scientists dont know basic knowledge, principles or calculations for methods. Not enough trainers. They dont need people with smart, excellent capacity, they just need someones just bown down to work, never give any suggestions. They dont welcome suggestions. In the team, you can feel easily the bias. The information was not clearly and transparent transferring in the team. If you dont have network, you better to set up close to someone “already has some benefits” “already in main stream of politics”. Otherwise, you are easily to be out of help, out of support. Not healthy and positive environment. Not good for a sustainable development.
