      Pros

      Excellent company with well established processes. Highly skilled individuals. I have learned a lot during my long term carrier at Novartis. I got also a lot of opportunities to learn and grow up. So overall a very good experience.

      Cons

      Novartis is a large company. As any large company, you need to find your way through and learn how to build a good relationship with multi-culture teams across diffrent sites. Novartis is a highly demanding company with some frequent beaks of working around the clock.

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
