      You will get Good Fat salary without doing any challenging job as 90% of IT Sr Management is Lethargic and Unskilled and just moves from one function to another and saving job.

      Cons

      Associate Directors are team members and do All the job... Sr Management is just trying to save their job during last 2 years of so called Transformation. No learning in IT, using outdated technologies....Sr Management just follows what other Pharma majors following in their IT departments Existing Directors and Sr Directors are incompetent and are happy doing meagre PM job....no domain knowledge in IT, no GxP knowledge in IT, bunch of insecured managers dependent only on external consultants

      Pays pretty well in comparison to similar jobs in the market

      Cons

      Unstable schedule where you are often asked to come in overnight (1-2 am) regardless of if you have worked the previous day or are off. Basically feels like you're permanently on-call to conduct environmental monitoring. Training is slow. The Micro dept in general is currently understaffed. The job also involves lab work once you are done with your daily environmental monitoring tasks. The work never ceases and the Technicians as a whole has several responsibilities. Promotions seem to come very slowly here.
