Organization feels like a mess, chaotic as nothing works like a "well oiled machine" anymore. Teams spread globally that your daily needs require you to have no boundries to "business hours" for standard meetings/communications, not efficient. Everyone is exhausted frustrated because we can't work effectively in our own region anymore and takes 10 times the effort to get anything done.
