People in charge of Quality and Compliance have little to no technical acuity, which results in weeks or months of arguing over wholly unnecessary levels of documentation and qualification that provide no additional FDA or business value. Quality and Compliance team runs completely unchecked. Nothing gets done without their approval, which completely cripples innovation.
