Pros
The hiring process was fast. On boarding orientation was great. You can see another nice campus before you start your work at Morris Plains.
Cons
The site needs qualified and experienced managers, but instead they fire and hire low level workers who are work horses in the company. High turnover meaning cell associates and specialists do not stay in the company for long. No growth within the company. No work life balance. They expect you to work inside the clean room gowned up all day. This is not a regular office job and a normal human being can't be inside the clean room for that long. However, HR and managers do not understand that.
