      Best work life balance exist which truly is rewarding to a smart and hard working professional

      Cons

      Employees who hardly are above and beyond in their job roles are rewarded and recognized. Strong bias exist while employing people for an internal rotation, potential candidates with better credibility are not duly considered for job opportunity.
