      Pros

      Nolk is a great place to work. The atmosphere is positive and supportive. There are opportunities for growth, and I appreciate the autonomy I have in managing my work. The company places a strong emphasis on sustainability, which aligns with my own values. The people here are friendly and easy to collaborate with. Management is also open to feedback and ideas from the team. Overall, it's been a positive experience, and I feel there's a lot of potential for growth and development here.

      Cons

      While the hybrid work model is a big con for me, it can sometimes make you feel isolated, and you really have to make an effort to stay connected with your colleagues. Additionally, the role isn’t always 100% well-defined—it’s still a work in progress. While that can be challenging, the openness of management makes it easier to navigate and adapt. Overall, it’s a great place to grow and develop, but there are some areas that could be improved, especially in terms of team connection and role clarity.

      Pros

      Probably the best work conditions I have had yet. You get the complete freedom to work the hours you choose and to work from wherever you want, as long as you complete your work well and on time, This is the perfect company for entrepreneurial individuals who are self-starters and proactive. Since you have so much freedom of work, you have to be on top of your game. If you prefer waiting for the green light, being told what to do, and micro-managed, then maybe this would not be the place for you. - Freedom of work - Autonomy - Excellent life-work balance - Remote work opportunity - Global company - A lot of growth opportunities - Management listens to feedback and wants to improve

      Cons

      - Remote work makes it more difficult to build connections with all colleagues - Required to do many tasks and wear many hats, as is usual with startups - Very high expectations, but can be a fun challenge and keeps things interesting
