      Pros

      The company provides a nice platform to learn at early stages. Nokia has a stronger presence in Managed Services division. It has a fair company policy.

      Cons

      It could be difficult to get promotion after initial years. A lot of hierarchy is maintained sometimes. The company has a fair policy but sometimes it is entirely up to the manager to provide you with the opportunities. The line managers hold a lot of power.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
