Pros

Nokia is very flexible when it comes to work arrangements. Most of that depends on your direct manager, but at the very least, you'll get to work from home at least one day per week. Others have had the ability to work more from home since their direct line manager is not locally-based. However with this flexibility also comes with traveling to the motherland (Finland). On the bright side, you'll get to earn miles so fast that you don't know what to do with them.

Cons

Promotions seem to depend on your direct line manager. While I worked there for over 9 years, I rarely had the chance to move up or extend my experience beyond my responsibilities. Others who joined at the same time have moved on to higher positions with better responsibilities.
