i) A lot to learn about core networking ii) You will learn in and out of GSM iii) Work - life balance is very good, manager is concerned about completing the work on time, so the given assignment you can complete in 4 hours or 12 hours, that is upon you iv) You will be given complete responsibility for your work with minimal interference v) Great work culture, basically you will learn in and out of core networking domain
Cons
i) You will get "only salary". Apart from that you will not get anything not even a pen ii) No free lunch or snacks, even you have to pay for outing or team lunch from your own pocket
