      Pros

      Nokia stresses the importance of a work-life balance and actually means it. It's not just corporate speak. Management has an open-door policy and encourages communication and feedback (both positive and negative.) Work culture and environment is excellent.

      Cons

      Salaries are not very competitive with the current market. Benefits package needs improvement.
