      Good benefits and opportunity to take on challenging work.

      Cons

      Nokia is late to market with innovations compared to peers and quality of software leaves much to be desired. Nokia ability to deliver is hampered by the lack of quality resources.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
