Pros
Nokia brand as a vendor and as employee is very high and for the most part well earned. Company values and culture used to be simply great and they were actively lived and celebrated at all levels.
Cons
New CEO (since 2020) came in saying the right things but changes have been underwhelming. Stale leadership of major business groups who remain reporting to the CEO as well as tired global and regional sales leadership is not inspiring employees or customers.
