Good Work life balance Although bit late.. Company is taking steps for employee satisfaction Rest all is same as any other normal organization. Nothing extraordinary... 90 day Paternity leave is a plus..
Cons
Pay is definitely that needs to be looked at. For Old Nokia employees > 5 yrs in the company their salary is easily 30% less than the current market levels. Due to this many talented employees have already left. Plus No permanent WFH which is again a bummer
