      good company , have strong integrity and ethics guidelines. excellent middle management and work life balance is there. its been 5 years in Nokia and i am enjoying my professional life here.

      less increment. As compared to other players in market annual increment is low.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
