Pros
- Quite good career advancement opportunities, - not very enforced daily work schedule - good working from home policy - quite long holidays - compensation for being fired in some countries; compensation (car) for significant roles
Cons
- lower than average, under market salaries - longer in company, lower salary compared with new employees joining the company - they do not price valuable employees, don't try to retain values - countries are profiled on specific business groups, impossible to advance through your career on different venues - very hard, politically reinforced policies regarding relocation - impossible to bring in your own country specific, added value or strategic jobs due to HR policies. - better try to manage the work with an entry level, new guy, even student, than paying a senior employee a +10%, +15% more (after not increasing their salaries to market level for years!)
