      Pros

      Wonderful place to learn communication technology. One of the best work environment, has very good culture built in. Very mature in terms of process set in place.

      Cons

      Not the right place if you want to make a lot of money very quickly.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
