      Pay, benefits, time off. Work in telecom with latest tech.

      Cons

      zero job security. Once you start, you will keep getting overloaded with work as people get ffired (oh, wait, they don't say "fired" anymore)

      Unwritten expectation for evenings and weekend additional work. Felt like upper management viewed us as costs, instead of people.
