      Oportunity to learn. Benefits. The salary when you start is good, but it very hardly raise after.

      They don't value the employees as the should. Many professionals leave the company for the money,because the company doensn't have the employment retain culture; they prefer to let highly skilled people leave instead to raise they salaries.The responsibilities are multiplying but the salary remains the same..

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
