Pros
- you're fresh out of college? you'll get in, and it'll be quite good :) - the team is young, and it's relatively easy to find a clueful person; - some opportunities to grow *if* you're new to the game In other words, quite a nice place to gain your experience. Demotivating and annoying in the long run.
Cons
- quite rigid set of procedures and rules, many of which aren't exactly well thought out; - office in Wroc?aw was heavily dependent on Berlin office, with regard to things like design decision or management structure; - lack of new and interesting projects - it's mostly integration of existing and proven products with customers' systems. This used to be old and rigid German company (Siemens). Now it's only rigid :)
