A large company provides a lot of opportunities and talents to learn from. At least used to be on edge of the development, so could see a lot of new things. Supports people well, and their individual targets. Treats people equally.
Cons
The other side of the big company is that it moves slowly sometimes and driving the change can be complex due to unstructured ownership and organization.
