The local management at Fortune Tower Gurgaon is worst what i have seen. Local management pressurize folks to leave if they don't act or work as per their way. They take command of the Fortune tower as if they own this center and they take all the advantages of the employee policies but don't let rest of the employees take the benefits of the same. Politics is the one thing everyone cares about this center. Management will not communicate with you and doesn't maintain the transparency in the processes. At the time of appraisal, they will just let you know the appraisal and won't discuss anything regarding issues, concern employee is facing and what need to be corrected. Extremely unethical folks are there in the management. Be cautious before joining at this Nokia Center.
