      Pros

      Work life balance.good managers. you can improve you technical knowledge and as here they do have almost all level of work means from technician to R&d and you can move internally if want to grow on technical side.

      Cons

      Growth is quite slow. Salary distribution among same year of experience should be same.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
