      Verry good atmosfere, advanced projects with LTE or CDMA technology, good sallary, verry good work/ life balance, a lot of courses

      Cons

      Poor communication between the manager and the employee, corporate principles that more harm than good, working student possition with minimum of benefits.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
