      Pros

      The manager cares not only the task progress either the employees' career promotion. You can feel this company like a big family. the most of colleagues are very friendly.

      as there are rather competition in 5G, Nokia need do the best for catching up HW/Erison

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
