      Pros

      Large Company - some opportunity to move around between different organization and different products - but the products all seem to be silos

      Cons

      Fragmented company with too many organizations and not enough cohesion. Executive management is removed from the product line and does not understand R&D

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
