Finally taking a broader diversity view and working to improve in that arena. Socially conscious and working to improve. Good benefits etc.
Cons
Very focused on certain locations in company and pet products and if you're not in them, you get little support and targets for downsizing. Many decisions made by slashing a line in a spreadsheet.
