      Pros

      Working in Nokia Siemens Network you can meet a bunch of great and nice people. Furthermore you can easily count for excellent atmosphere!

      Cons

      Sometimes you can stop without salary increases for years. In low cost sites it is realy hard to get better money. NSN isn't competitive if we compare it to other companies on the market

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
