Pros
- Working on the best technologies in the telecom industry - Comfortable environment, Not much pressure from supervisor and manager - HQ has some of the best minds in the business who have been around since 2G times. - Best place to research and learn new stuff. - If you are lucky and in good team then you could get to work on real hardcore telecom stuff. - Some managers are really strong technically.
Cons
- Too much peer competition result in manager favoring a few. - Less salary compared to competitors - Career growth path is not clear.
