State of the art technology development exposure. Also highly respected in the industry and has a good brand name. There is a very high product culture in the company.
Cons
Too frequent organizational changes. Many top managers seem highly selfish and are interested to somehow retain their jobs at any cost. Not able to see profit yet even after 5 years of existence.
